Evaluation of  the speed, accuracy and effectiveness of the current processes within and out of the Risk Organisation, particularly in the areas of sanctioning / approvals, disbursements and availments,  and related cycle times,  from closure of the deal to disbursement. Evaluation of the current documentation management process. Evaluation of the current level of automation, availability and ease of access of critical data, including business and financial data and process metrics. Re-engineering of processes against agreed upon objectives which could include reduction in cycle time, improved data availability and accuracy, more effective documentation tracking and retrieval ability etc
